Course Dinner

Another story i would like to share about was my Design Technology Dinner...
I have been choose as the vice president.And we start at the Mid February to make this dinner event for the graduate seniors.

There always conflict happen i believe when ever we prepare or setting up an event. Same goes to this dinner. Whenever committee meeting there's not much people attend. Places we decided been banned by supervisor. But most make me feel disappointed was about meeting. Did not attend the meeting, late for the meeting and waste other ppl time for waiting.  I would like to say thanks to president who do quite a lot of things by himself and our supervisor who help us to get a place at Dewan Delima.

As time getting near, somethings must be done on time. Collection of money from friends, juniors and seniors are not really successful. Set up at booth for seniors for their payment. Probably because seniors having their final year project presentation too. So in terms of money was quite hard to collect.

As for my job was to prepared the award for all the best in different major course. And searching for the sponsors was a failure.To tell the truth, i had never been handle such big event before, this give me a chance to learn and gain experience. Preparing souvenirs for VIP was a headache. As i have no idea what to buy for the VIP. As for the award trophy was a problem for me too, worried of budget was not enough, searching for a better n nice trophy. Anyway, it was done.

At the happening day,stage and decoration was done on that day, and thanks for everyone who came to set up. You guys really did a good job! But kinda disappointed was, there's no rehearsal for performance. On the Emcee.
